Terms & Conditions of Sales

Les Demeures du Clos welcomes you and shares with you its internal regulations, established to make your stay more pleasant and in perfect harmony with everyone.
Signing the rental contract commits you to the general and specific rental conditions of the Clos residences (internal regulations, swimming pool operating regulations, housekeeping regulations for the gîtes and additional clauses relating to access to the Wi-Fi connection).

On the estate:

The speed is limited to 30 km/h on the path and when crossing the village.

Minor children are under the exclusive and constant responsibility of their parents on the entire property of Les Demeures du clos, including the swimming pool area.

Access to the Demeures du Clos and the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for tenants. No additional person will be admitted without the consent of the owners.
Spaces are provided for parking your vehicles. Car washing is prohibited.
It is forbidden to throw away paper, chewing gum, rubbish or cigarette butts: bins are reserved for this purpose!
Outdoor tables and chairs are at your disposal, we thank you for taking care of them
It is strictly forbidden to light a fire on the property and in the surrounding area: a plancha is at your disposal, its cleaning is at your expense.
Use of the swimming pool is subject to acceptance of specific regulations, it is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Access to outbuildings (cellars, technical rooms or sheds) is prohibited.
It is forbidden to touch or use the Clos operating equipment (tools, machines, tractor or mower).
Household waste must be placed in closed garbage bags. Glass and plastic must be separated and everything must be placed in the containers located at the entrance to the village of Niozelles.
